A Healthy Refreshment – Raspberry Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 - 3 bananas
  • 2 cups of frozen Friglo raspberries
  • 1 - 2 spoons of honey
  • 1 teacup of plant milk or water
  • 1 spoon of raisin (optional)

PREPARATION

Cut bananas into circles and leave in the freezer for at least 1 - 2 hours. When the bananas are frozen, put them in a blender together with frozen Friglo raspberries and raisin and leave for approximately 2 minutes at room temperature. Then add a little plant milk (or water) and mix until you get a creamy ice cream blend. Finally add some honey to get the taste you want and mix one more time.

SERVING

Pour the ice cream into a bowl and decorate with several frozen raspberries. You can serve it straight away or leave in a freezer for later.

You can use any other fruit from Friglo’s assortment.
